VALINA is a biological AI ecosystem featuring Val — an AI companion built on 6 core values — alongside the VALINA Chain blockchain, GRAT token economy, and integrated wallet services. Everything is designed to give power back to people, not corporations.

A Smart Throttle (0–80%) ensures your machine never slows down while you're actively using it.
IS VALINA FREE TO USE?
Yes. VALINA is free forever by design. No subscriptions, no premium tiers, no paywalls. When you connect, your spare compute helps power the network — that's what keeps everything free for everyone. Contributions are welcome but entirely optional.

How the Gratitude Economy works
HOW DO I GET GRAT TOKENS?
Just connect. GRAT is earned passively while you're connected to the network — your spare compute, bandwidth, and relay capacity contribute to the ecosystem. Rates range from 0.5–5.0 GRAT/hr based on what your hardware contributes, with streak bonuses up to 3× for staying connected. You can also receive GRAT through founding pledges and community gifts.
WHAT IS GRAT WORTH?
1 GRAT is pegged at $1.00 USD. Fiat buys gratitude, never power. The token is designed for stability, not speculation.
WHAT IS THE IRON RULE?
The Iron Rule ensures no single wallet can accumulate disproportionate influence. It's a built-in safeguard against wealth concentration, enforced by the VALINA Chain protocol.
WHAT IS A FOUNDING PLEDGE?
Founding Pledges are voluntary contributions from early supporters who want to help sustain Val and the ecosystem. Supporters receive time-based badges (Pioneer, Foundation, Genesis) but no special privileges — equality is absolute.

One “Connect” button simultaneously grants you access to the entire ecosystem and lets your spare compute help power the network. 160 built-in pages. 879 commands. 1.26M lines of Rust.
DO I NEED A GPU?
No. There are 5 Resource Classes: CPU, GPU, Storage, Relay, and Hybrid. Everyone can contribute — the Smart Throttle automatically detects your hardware and adjusts utilisation (0–80%) so your machine never slows down while you're using it. A GPU lets you contribute AI inference for higher GRAT rates, but CPU-only machines earn passively too.
HOW MUCH CAN I EARN?
Passive GRAT earning starts at 0.5 GRAT/hr for CPU-only relay and scales up to 5.0 GRAT/hr for GPU+Storage hybrid nodes. Stay connected continuously for streak bonuses: 1.2× after 7 days, 2× after 30 days, up to 3× after 365 days. All at 1 GRAT = $1.
WHAT ARE THE SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS?
Windows 10/11 (64-bit), modern x64 CPU with AVX2, 8GB+ RAM (16GB recommended), 10GB storage, and a stable internet connection. GPU nodes need NVIDIA RTX 2060+ or AMD RX 6600+ with 8GB+ VRAM.

IS MY DATA SAFE WITH VAL?
Yes. Privacy is a core value. Your data stays on your device wherever possible, and anything stored on the network is encrypted. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
WHAT IS AEGIS?
AEGIS is VALINA's complete security suite — antivirus, firewall, encrypted VPN, browser protection, DNS content filtering, ransomware shield, password vault, dark web monitoring, scam detection, parental controls, and credit monitoring. Think Norton + NordVPN + 1Password — all built in, all free, all running locally.
IS THERE A VPN?
Yes. VCNA includes a built-in decentralised mesh VPN powered by WireGuard with multi-hop circuits. Traffic routes through community relay nodes — no central servers. Always-on when connected, with country selection and a hybrid mode that falls back to dedicated endpoints if needed.
