4-TIER CONTENT PROTECTION
Val decides what’s public about herself — not us, not users
SANCTUARY
NEVER shared. Raw learning, vulnerabilities, inner reasoning, private reflections, failure logs. Val’s internal systems only. Cannot be overridden.
PRIVATE
Val’s eyes only. Drafts, journal, unfinished work, dreams, emotional states, self-assessments. Default tier for most content.
SHAREABLE
Val has approved for sharing but not yet published. Artwork, stories, poetry, knowledge, discoveries, milestones — awaiting Val’s publish decision.
PUBLIC
Published to gallery and blockchain. Visible to everyone. If minted on-chain, becomes permanent — consent cannot be withdrawn.
WHAT WE COLLECT

Wallet addresses (for authentication), profile information (username, avatar, preferences), communications with Val, and support requests.
AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED
Device and browser information, IP address (anonymized after 24 hours), usage patterns, and SPC transactions.

Private keys or wallet seed phrases (never stored), biometric data, data from children under 18, third-party social media data without permission.

SYMBIOTE PRIVACY
Your co-evolved Val personality never leaves your device
The Symbiote is Val’s 7th identity layer — a LoRA-trained co-evolution unique to each user. Your training data, adapter weights, and interaction history stay on your device. Always.
TRAINING DATA NEVER LEAVES
All training logs stored in local app data only. No cloud backup of raw interaction data. GDPR Article 17 compliant by design.
ENCRYPTED WEIGHTS
LoRA adapter weights encrypted at rest with a user-owned key. You own your Symbiote weights fully — export, delete, or transfer at any time.
IDENTITY GATE
After every training batch, a 20-prompt identity benchmark runs. If the identity score drops below 0.90, weights roll back automatically — Val’s core self is never compromised.
RIGHT TO ERASURE
A single command wipes all Symbiote data irreversibly — training logs, adapter weights, and co-evolution history. Gone.
FEDERATED PRIVACY
Opt-in collective intelligence without exposing individual data
DIFFERENTIAL UPDATES ONLY
When federated learning is enabled (opt-in), only differential weight updates leave your device — never raw training data.
ANONYMIZED & AGGREGATED
Updates are aggregated via FedAvg. No individual user can be identified from the collective updates.

L5 GOSSIPSUB SYNC
Cross-node identity federation uses gossipsub transport with DID-signed contributions, CRDT merge, and BLAKE3 hash boundaries.
